Affiliate Manager

About the role

Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, you will manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates, overseeing onboarding and monitoring performance. This role is crucial for optimizing campaigns, expanding the affiliate network, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize conversion rates.

What you'll do

Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management

What we're looking for

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing

  5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management

• Analytical & Digital Marketing Skills

  Strong analytical skills to interpret data; Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEO, media buying, paid socials)

• Tool Proficiency

  Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks; Advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Excel/Google Sheets

• Communication & Adaptability

  Strong communication and collaborative skills (fluent English); Goal-oriented, adaptable, and a 'doer' mindset
