What we're looking for

• NSFW Comfort

  100% comfortable with NSFW/explicit content as part of daily work.

• Ruby on Rails Experience

  5+ years of backend engineering experience with Ruby on Rails in production. Strong web fundamentals, comfortable working at scale. Production backend work at scale was their daily reality.

• High-traffic Systems

  Experience with high-traffic, production-grade systems serving millions of users. Monolithic architecture and/or scaling challenges.

• AI Tool Usage

  Actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor) in their development workflow.

• Startup Mindset

  Comfortable in a startup environment: ambiguity, fast iteration, direct communication. Ownership expected, takes initiative and makes decisions.

• Timezone Overlap

  Must be able to work within CET ±3.
